How to Get Huskies from the Kennel in Nintendogs

How difficult it is to get a Siberian Husky from the kennel in "Nintendogs" depends on the version of the game you're playing. In all versions of the game except Dachshund and Friends, where the pet is automatically available from the start of the game, you must accumulate owner points to unlock the Siberian Husky and get it from the kennel. The number of owner points necessary to unlock the Husky depends on which "Nintendogs" game you're playing.

  Determine how many owner points you need to earn to unlock the Siberian Husky for your version of "Nintendogs." In Chihuahua and Friends, you must earn 4,000 owner points; in Dalmatian and Friends, you must earn 22,000 owner points; in Labrador and Friends, you must earn 30,000 owner points; and in Best Friends, you must earn 20,000 owner points.

  Earn owner points by caring for and playing with your dog. Grooming, teaching your dog tricks and taking it for walks are all good ways to earn owner points during game play. Winning competitions will also earn you owner points.

  Keep playing "Nintendogs" until you've accumulated enough points to get the Husky from the kennel. Once you have enough owner points, go to the kennel to get your Husky. It will be available automatically.
