Starter Pokemon
At the beginning of the game, you select your first Pokemon from a selection of three. Bianca will choose the one of the two remaining that is weak against your type. For example, if you pick Snivy, she will take Tepig, if you take Tepig, she will pick Oshawott, and if you want Oshawott, she'll have Snivy. After making these selections, you face Bianca in the first battle of the game with a 500-point reward for winning.
Game Battles
After your initial battle with Bianca at the beginning of the game, you battle her four more times throughout the story mode and once more after you complete the game. Like the first match, her Pokemon selection for each battle is determined by the Pokemon you choose as your starter. In the second battle, she has two Pokemon, in the third through fifth battles she has four, and in the post-game battle she has a full complement of six Pokemon. At no point does she use two Pokemon of the same exclusive type.
Characteristics
Bianca has a strong personality, although she is somewhat rebellious, choosing to go on a Pokemon journey despite the wishes of her father. While she is friendly, she is also indecisive, a trait that causes her to second-guess herself. Bianca has blonde hair and green eyes. She wears a white dress with an orange vest and orange leggings and yellow shoes. She accessorizes with a matching green purse and green beret that has a white horizontal stripe. She also has a white bracelet.
Other Media
Bianca also makes appearances in the Pokemon anime with the same physical characteristics as her Pokemon Black and White version. In the show, she is a trainer trying to capture Pokemon and eventually befriends the main characters Ash, Iris and Cilan. A different Bianca appears in the animated film "Pokemon Heroes." This version is actually a disguise worn by the legendary Pokemon Latias, who tries to protect the Soul Dew, a special jewel that activates a powerful defense device.
