How to Call Back the Starflight Express in Dragonquest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies

"Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies" is a role-playing game developed by Square Enix. It is the ninth installment in the "Dragon Quest" series and is available for the Nintendo DS handheld console. In the game, the Starflight Express is a form of transportation that can carry the player to pre-determined points across the game world. After beating the game, the conductor of the Starflight Express will offer a quest. Once completed, the Starflight Express can be operated by the player.

Instructions

- 1
  Beat the main game by defeating Corvus, the final boss. The game can still be played after you̵7;ve defeated the final boss.

  Board the Starflight Express at the Observatory. Once you are on the train, talk to the conductor, Sterling.

  Collect the nine stamps that Sterling requests. He will give you the first stamp. You can only fly to areas to collect stamps using the Starflight Express, and you can only land the train six times.

  Use the Starflight Express to travel to Batsureg. A man named Conner will be behind a tent in town. Talk to him, and he will give you the second stamp.

  Use the Starflight Express to travel to The Heights of Loneliness. Victor is located near the entrance. Talk to him to get the third stamp.

  Exit The Heights of Loneliness and walk to the nearby town of Bloomingdale. On the roof of the church will be a man named Rusty. Talk to him to get the fourth stamp.

  Use the Starflight Express to travel to Angel Falls. West of the waterfall will be a man named Godfrey. Talk to him to get the fifth stamp.

  Walk to nearby Coffinwell. In the northwest part of town, you̵7;ll meet a man named Dodger. Talk to him to get the sixth stamp.

  Use the Starflight Express to travel to Alltrades Abbey. Talk to Cribber near the first floor stairs to get the seventh stamp.

  Use the Starflight Express to travel to Wormwood Creek. Enter the weapon shop in town and talk to Forger to receive the eighth stamp.

  Use the Starflight Express to travel to Goretress. Climb to the top of the tower and speak to Digby to receive the final stamp.
- 12
  Board the Starflight Express and talk to Sterling. Then, enter the door at the back of the train. Sterling will hand over the Starflight Express to you.
