Backing Up Your Games
Plug the G-Bank hardware into your Gameboy Advance system's game cartridge port. Make sure it is firmly inserted, but not forced into place, and make sure the system is powered down.
Insert the SD memory card into the G-Bank's memory card slot.
Insert the GBA game you wish to copy into the GBA cartridge slot on the bottom of the G-Bank hardware (the manual will refer to them as cassettes). Make sure the game is oriented so that the label faces away toward you.
Turn on the power switch of your Gameboy Advance system. The G-Bank software will load, displaying several menu options on the left of the screen.
Select "CARD" using the directional pad on your GBA and confirm the selection by depressing the "A" button. Another list of options will appear below in lowercase red text.
Select the "SD" option then click on the "A" button on your GBA to confirm.
Select "Game File" from the pop-up window and use the directional arrows to assign a file name. This will cause the game image to migrate to your SD memory card. Wait until the function is complete before doing anything else.
Turn off your Gameboy Advance system. This step is important, especially if you are going to copy another game.
Moving Games to PC
Plug the USB cable from your G-Bank into the USB port on your personal computer.
Turn on your Gameboy Advanced system and wait for the system to boot up. The PC will recognize a new device.
Click on the option that says "Open Device to View Files" with your PC's mouse. A folder will open up showing you the various files saved on the SD card.
Select the file or files you created on your G-Bank and drag to the desktop of your computer. Wait for the files to finish copying.
Remove the USB cable and turn off the Gameboy Advance system.
Insert the Memory card for the DS flash card into the PC with a USB adapter. A new memory device will appear on the screen.
Moving Games to DS
Click on the option that says "Open Device to View Files" with your PC's mouse. A folder will open up representing the files on your DS flash device.
Drag and drop the copied game file or files from your desktop into the flash card's folder. Wait for the files to finish moving.
Remove the USB adapter from your personal computer.
Remove the flash card memory from the adapter and insert it into your DS flashcard device.
Insert the flashcard device into your DS.

Insert the GBA flash card device into the Slot-2 port of your NDS.
Turn on your DS and wait for the system to boot.

Select the game you wish to run with the directional pad and press the "A" button to make it run.
