How to Get Denny Back When He Leaves in Harvest Moon DS: Island of Happiness

In "Harvest Moon DS: Island of Happiness," your character and her family shipwreck on an uninhabited island. To survive, you must learn to grow crops and tend to animals. As you become a better farmer, people move to the island. A young fisherman, Denny, moves to the island after you fish 50 items out of the ocean. Denny is a candidate for marriage if you play as a female character. If you ignore Denny and do not ship any fish for one month, he moves away from the island. However, Denny comes back when you ship a certain amount of fish.

  Go to any of the six fishing spots on the island, such as the ocean dock or the Goddess Pond. If you do not want to travel, fish in the stream that runs through your farm.

  Equip the fishing rod. Tap on the fishing rod icon to cast your line into the water. When an icon appears over your head, tap the fishing rod to catch a fish or item. Keep fishing until you cannot carry more fish.

  Go back to the farm and ship all the fish that you caught. Go back to the fishing spot, catch more fish and ship them. Repeat this process until you ship 50 fish.

  Wait for Denny to come back to the island. This may take several in-game days.
