How to Get Through the Elevator in Lavender Town in Pokemon SoulSilver

"Pokemon SoulSilver" is the 2009 Nintendo DS remake of the Game Boy Color game "Pokemon Silver." Players control a customizable trainer avatar that travels the world in search of fame, fortune and challenges as a Pokemon master. Most of this remake has been updated and changed and mostly retains familiar characters and locations. As with previous Pokemon titles, Lavender Town is a spooky, nearly abandoned town with a lot of ghost-type Pokemon.

Instructions

  Go to Goldenrod City and find the Gym. Head west and go to the last building on the left. Enter the building, head down the stairs and look around for a wall that's indented.

  Press the "Action" button by the indent to reveal the Team Rocket uniform. Return to Lavender Town, then open your inventory and equip the Team Rocket uniform.

  Enter the Pokemon Center in town and find the elevator at the back of the shop. Talk to the guard standing in front and he will open the elevator to you as long as you're wearing the Team Rocket uniform.
