How Do I Find the Items for the Object Arranger in Pokemon Soul Silver?

In "Pokemon SoulSilver," the Safari Zone is a park west of Cianwood City that contains many different species of wild Pokemon for you to catch. You can customize the Safari Zone by adding and moving environmental objects like plants, rocks and fences. Some of the items you can place in an area of the Safari Zone have a chance to attract different types of Pokemon, including rarer species that are not native to that area.

Instructions

  Talk to Baoba, the warden of the Safari Zone, and accept his challenge to capture a Geodude inside the Safari Zone. You can encounter wild Geodudes in the Peak area of the Safari Zone, the first area you see when you enter the park.

  Return to Baoba and show him the Geodude you caught. After three hours have passed, Baoba will call you and invite you to complete another task.

  Talk to Baoba and agree to capture a Sandshrew in the Safari Zone. Replace one of the areas of the Safari Zone with the Desert area, capture a Sandshrew in the Desert area and then return to Baoba.

  Defeat the Elite Four, become the new champion of the Pokemon League and receive the National Pokedex from Professor Oak. Baoba will call you and tell you that you can now use the Object Arranger.

  Travel to the Safari Zone and talk to Baoba. Baoba will give you the first set of six items for the Object Arranger. Use the Object Arranger to place at least one item in the Safari Zone.

  Travel to the Kanto region and continue playing through the game. Baoba will call you three more times; each time, he will give you a new set of six items to place in the Safari Zone.
