How to Get the Happy Poke App in Platinum

In "Pokemon Platinum," your Poketch device functions as a mobile phone as well as a small computer. The Poketch stores apps that people give you as you travel through the Sinnoh region. One useful app is the Friendship Checker, which reveals the happiness of Pokemon traveling with you. Some Pokemon evolve when they are very happy, and certain moves of happy Pokemon become more powerful. You can pick up the helpful Friendship Checker app in the Eterna City Pokemon Center.

     Walk north on Route 206, past the Valley Windworks, to reach Eterna City. You can also get to Eterna City by heading east from Eterna Forest.

     Walk straight through the city, if you entered from the south, or walk east if you entered from Eterna Forest. Go to the Pokemon Center at the end of the road.

     Look for a brown-haired woman who walks back and forth inside the Pokemon Center. Speak to her to get the Friendship Checker.
