"Pokemon Black" and "Pokemon White" are Japanese role-playing games released exclusively for the Nintendo DS by Game Freak in 2011. Like all of the previous titles in the series, you can purchase medicine for your Pokemon, allowing them to heal during and in between fights without stopping at a PokeCenter. Using Full Restore doesn't lower your Pokemon's defense, but resets it back to normal -- along with all other effects your Pokemon has affecting its stats, including hit points and special effects such as unconsciousness.

Go to any PokeMart. These are found only in major towns.

Purchase a Full Restore. These cost 3,000 Pokemon Dollars.

Press "X" and tap your inventory. Select the medicine bag.

Tap the full restore you purchased, followed by the Pokemon you want to use it on.
