How to Get the Blue Gem On SpongeBob SquarePants: Atlantis Squarepantis

Published by THQ, "SpongeBob Squarepants: Atlantis SquarePantis" is an action/platform game targeting primarily children. It tells the story of SpongeBob's adventure to the lost kingdom of Atlantis and his catastrophic mishaps along the way. To combat the evil intentions of the conniver Plankton, he and his friends Patrick, Mr. Krabs and Sandy must go in search of missing artifacts and jewels at the request of the Lord Royal Highness. The blue jewel in particular is found at Coral Cave.

Instructions

- 1
  Run to the pirate ship in Coral Cave. To board the ship, pull a nearby lever that drops a bridge to its upper deck.

  Kill the 15 jellyfish swimming in the first room of the ship. They can be dispatched most effectively by using basic attacks with Patrick selected, or by pressing "L" with Mr. Krabs to use his mower. Press the "R" button to switch between characters as needed.

  Jump across the missing part of the ship floor into the next room, then drop through the crack in the floor to encounter a large blue crystal.

  Begin attacking the crystal. While the game presents it as a "boss fight," it is a relatively simple battle involving avoiding the crystal and running up to hit it when it is concentrating on another character.

  Collect the blue gem that falls to the floor after the crystal is defeated.
