How Do You Get Celebi to Appear at Viridan Forest in Pokemon SoulSilver

"Pokemon SoulSilver" is a role-playing game for the Nintendo DS in which you catch and train a variety of Pokemon. Certain Pokemon were offered exclusively to a few thousand Pokemon players who attended an event at Toys"R"Us across the United States. The participants at these events were given the promo code for the Legendary Pokemon Celebi, meaning that a person who did not attend cannot receive the Pokemon unless he has an Action Replay device.

Instructions

  Connect an Action Replay card to a computer via the USB cable that came with the device.

  Start the "Action Replay Code Manager" software that came with the device. The software allows you to manage all the game's and codes present on the device.

  Right-click in the "My Codelists" panel and click "Add new cheat." A small window will appear.

  Type a name for the cheat and enter the following Celebi Action Reply Code in the box:

  Press "OK" to save the code to your Action Replay device.

  Connect the Action Replay device to a Nintendo DS handheld console and start a saved game of "Pokemon SoulSilver."

  Travel to Viridan Forest. This is one of the final areas unlocked in the game.

  Hold the "Select" button and walk into any area where you can battle wild Pokemon in the area, such as tall grass. Celebi will appear, and you will have the opportunity to catch the Pokemon. If you fail at catching the Pokemon, you can repeat this step as many times as you need.
