How to Get Liberty Ticket in Pokémon

The Liberty Ticket in "Pokemon White" and "Pokemon Black" is obtained through a Nintendo Event that allows you to download it via the Mystery Gift option. After retrieving the Liberty Pass from the delivery man at a Pokemon Center, you can use it to travel to Liberty Garden. The legendary Pokemon Victini resides in the basement of the lighthouse at Liberty Garden and can be caught after challenging him to a Pokemon battle.

Instructions

  Turn on your copy of "Pokemon White" or "Pokemon Black" and select "Mystery Gift" from the main menu. Then select "Receive Gift" and "Get Via Nintendo WFC" to download the Liberty Pass to your game. You must have access to a wireless connection in order for this to work.

  Load your game and enter the nearest Pokemon Center, which are available in every city. It does not matter which Pokemon Center you go into.

  Speak to the deliveryman standing near the left of the entrance of the Pokemon Center. He will tell you he has an item for you and hand over the Liberty Pass. You can use the Liberty Pass to get to Liberty Gardens by traveling to Castelia City and talking to the man on the westernmost pier. He will take you to Liberty Gardens by boat.
