Toxic Spikes is one of the abilities that Pokemon can possess in "Pokemon Diamond." The ability poisons any opponent Pokemon who enters a battle after your Pokemon uses it. Toxic Spikes stacks, so using it more than once will do additional damage to any Pokemon entering the fight. The ability does not affect Poison-, Flying- or Steel-type Pokemon. An eligible Pokemon, such as Roselia, typically learns it upon reaching level 28.

Travel to the Trophy Garden. If you are unable to find the Trophy Garden, consult the world map.

Walk through the Trophy Garden until you encounter Roselia.

Capture Roselia with a Poke Ball.

Fight in battles with Roselia until it reaches level 28. At level 28, Roselia will learn the Toxic Spikes ability.
