How to Get Draco in Pokemon Pearl Edition

When a Pokemon uses Draco Meteor, several comets rain from the sky and onto the opponent. Draco Meteor's base power is 140, and its accuracy is 90 percent. As an aftereffect, Draco Meteor temporarily reduces the user's Special Attack in two stages. There is no Technical Machine for Draco Meteor in "Pokemon Pearl," but a move tutor on Route 210 can teach it to your happy Dragon-type Pokemon.

  Purchase the Luxury Ball for 1,000 Poke Dollars at the Poke Mart in Sunyshore City or the Pokemon League. Catch any Dragon-type Pokemon, such as Bagon, Dratini or Gible, with the Luxury Ball. Any Pokemon you capture with the Luxury Ball gains happiness points more quickly.

  Give vitamins like iron or protein to the Dragon-type Pokemon. Keep the Pokemon in your party while traveling around Sinnoh. Defeat the Pokemon of Gym Leaders, Elites and the Champion with the Dragon-type Pokemon. Train the Dragon-type Pokemon often.

  Make the Dragon-type your lead Pokemon. Speak to Dr. Footstep on Route 213. If the man doesn't give your Pokemon the Footprint Ribbon, continue raising your Dragon-type Pokemon's happiness. If Dr. Footstep rewards the Footprint Ribbon to a Pokemon, that Pokemon then has the maximum amount of happiness points.

  Visit Route 210 with the Dragon-type Pokemon in your party. You can reach Route 210 if you head east of Celestic Town, west of Route 215 or north of Solaceon Town. Enter Grandma Wilma's house, located on the northern part of Route 210.

  Speak to Grandma Wilma and select the Dragon-type Pokemon from your party. The old woman teaches Draco Meteor to the Dragon-type Pokemon, as a result of your thorough training of the Dragon-type.
