How to Get Celebi in Pokemon Pearl Without Cheating

Celebi is a psychic, grass-type Legendary Pokemon in Nintendo's "Pokemon" video game series. Celebi was only available through a Pokemon event for the GameBoy Advance generation of games, such as "Pokemon Ruby," "Sapphire," "FireRed" and "LeafGreen." However, you can get Celebi on the Nintendo DS using a feature in Pal Park allowing for the transfer of six Pokemon at a time to the DS from your GBA game's Pokedex.
