How to Stop Fighting Elite Four in Pokemon SoulSilver

If you are overwhelmed with the power of the best Pokemon trainers in "Pokemon SoulSilver," you can always give up if you want to leave. Whether you are stuck with Koga's toxic terrors or Lance's dreaded Dragon-type Pokemon, you always have the option to throw the fight. You will lose any experience points your Pokemon have earned, a large amount of Pokemon money and the progress you have made, but the penalty is worth it if you want to fight the Elite Four again another day.

Instructions

    • 1

Walk up to the member of the Elite Four that you are currently supposed to fight. Talk to the person in the middle of the room to start the Pokemon battle.

    • 2

Lose the fight on purpose. Use ineffective moves whenever possible to give your opponent the upper hand. Use techniques that won't harm the enemy Pokemon as much, such as Poison attacks against Koga's Muk.

    • 3

Save the game when you are transported out of the Indigo Plateau. This ensures that you won't be forced to replay the Elite Four until you are ready to do so.
