How to Get Drowzee in Pokemon Diamond

In "Pokemon Diamond," the psychic-type Pokemon Drowzee uses powerful mental attacks to overcome its physical slowness. Moves like Confusion and Psybeam deal damage and have a chance of disorienting and confusing foes. After you finish the Sinnoh Pokedex, collect the National Dex and triumph over the Elite Four, local news teams start to report the locations of swarming Pokemon, such as Drowzee. When Pokemon swarm, a large number of them appear in one area at the same time. A girl in Sandgem Town keeps track of the news reports for you and she tells you when Drowzee is swarming.

  Travel to Sandgem Town. The town is located northeast of Twinleaf Town, which is the town where the game begins.

  Enter the house at the end of the road near the eastern entrance to Sandgem Town. Speak to the girl sitting at the table. She tells you about the Pokemon that are swarming that day. Talk to her daily until she says Drowzee is swarming at Route 215.

  Go to Route 215. Get there by heading west from Veilstone City or northeast from Solaceon Town.

  Enter the patches of tall grass on Route 215. Take a few steps and Drowzee attacks. Reduce its HP and then capture Drowzee with any Poke Ball.
