How to Make Beastmaster Weapons on Final Fantasy Tactics A2

The Beastmaster job in "Final Fantasy Tactics A2" for the Nintendo DS uses a special class of weapons called "instruments." Instruments are enchanted musical devices that Beastmasters play to cast defensive spells. The character class also has the ability to control some enemies using these weapons. To make Beastmaster weapons, the player needs to obtain the ingredients, usually items dropped by defeated enemies. Next, the player must visit the bazaar -- accessible from any store on the world map -- to create the weapon.

  Collect the required items for the weapon you want to create. Each weapon has different requirements. For example, a frying pan, aged turtle shell and mape wood are required to make the War Trumpet. The majority of items will be obtained by killing enemies, which drop items. The game doesn't provide an ingredient list, but these lists are available in game guides or walkthroughs.

  Visit any shop on the world map. For example, open the world map and use the stylus to highlight "Wood Village." Press "A." A menu will list the places you can visit. Choose "Shop" and the shop menu will open.

  Choose "Bazaar" in the shop menu. This menu will list all of the weapon categories that have enough corresponding ingredients for at least one weapon. If you have the ingredients for any Beastmaster weapons, the "Instruments" category will be listed, but the specific weapon won't be identified.

  Select "Instruments" in the bazaar menu and press "A." All Beastmaster weapons that have the applicable ingredients will be made. After they're made once, these weapons will be available to buy in any store for any subsequent Beastmaster characters that join your team. You cannot make the same Beastmaster weapon twice.
