How to Get Frostlass in Pokemon Pearl

Froslass is a special Ice/Ghost-type Pokemon in the Nintendo DS video game "Pokemon Pearl." You can only get Froslass by evolving Snorunt, which is a unique Pokemon in that it can evolve into two different Pokemon. Male Snorunt evolve into the Ice-type Glalie when they gain enough experience points to reach Level 42. However, if you have a female Snorunt, you can evolve it using a Dawn Stone item into Froslass.

Instructions

  Go to Route 216 or 217 in the north of Sinnoh and walk around in the long grass until you encounter a Snorunt.

  Look at the symbol next to Snorunt's name. If it is a male symbol, a blue circle with an arrow, then run away and abandon the battle.

  Find a female Snorunt, one with a symbol which looks like a red circle with a cross, and use Fire, Fighting, Rock and Steel-type attacks to wear down its health points before catching it in a Pokeball.

  Go to Route 225 on the island in the north east of Sinnoh and find the Dawn Stone item on the ground.

  Use the Dawn Stone on your female Snorunt and it will evolve into Froslass.
