How to Get to Pastoria City in Pokemon Diamond

Pastoria City is an important location for players to explore in "Pokemon Diamond." This swampy seaside city is the home of the Great Marsh, where people can capture rare Pokemon such as Drapion, Kangaskan and Skorupi. Pastoria City Pokemon Gym is the fourth Gym in "Pokemon Diamond" and features a challenging group of Water-type Pokemon to defeat. Once you know which of the winding Routes to take, Pastoria City will be a frequent stop on your Pokemon adventure.

Instructions

  Walk south from Veilstone City onto Route 214. The exit to Route 214 is located on the southeastern edge of Veilstone City.

  Stroll directly south past Route 214, through the Valor Lakefront area and past Grand Lake Hotel. Keep walking southbound until you encounter a sandy beach at the edge of Route 213.

  Turn to the west and walk along the beach on Route 213. Keep walking along the beach until a large rock formation blocks your path.
- 4
  Move to the north along Route 213 and walk to the left when the beach ends and the grassy field begins. Enter Pastoria City by walking though the checkpoint building on the far left.
