How to Get Past the Door in Sub-Zero Containment Next to the Big Ice Block on Metroid Fusion

The events of "Metroid Fusion" are chronologically the last in the "Metroid" timeline. In it, series protagonist Samus Aran must deal with the consequences of her eradication of the Metroid species. Metroids were the natural predators of the shape-shifting X Parasite and, in their absence, X Parasites have flourished. An X Parasite has infected Samus's armor, forcing her to don a new, weaker armor and fight an enemy with all of the weapons she has gained over the series. During her fight for survival, Samus must get past a door in Sub-Zero Containment, next to a big block of ice.

     Press "Down" to turn into the morph ball.

   • 2

     Lay a few morph ball bombs next to the block of ice blocking the door.

   • 3

     Shoot the door with your arm cannon to open it once the morph ball bombs have destroyed the ice.
