How to Get Hidden Power Ice in Pokemon Pearl Version

"Pokemon Pearl" is one of the fourth generation Pokemon games released for the Nintendo DS. In "Pokemon Pearl," you can obtain a special move known as Hidden Power. Although it's labeled as a Normal-type attack, the type of attack that Hidden Power becomes depends entirely on the stats of your Pokemon. The easiest way to get a specific type, such as Ice, for a certain Pokemon is to catch as many of that Pokemon as you can and then check its Hidden Power type by taking it to the Hidden Power man in Veilstone City.

  Catch as many of the Pokemon that you want to have Hidden Power as you can. If you only have one, use the Daycare Center to breed more of that Pokemon.

  Travel to Jubilife City and talk to the two children playing outside of the TV station. One of them will give you the Hidden Power TM.

  Travel to Veilstone City and enter the Prize Exchange building. Talk to the man in the building and show him one of your Pokemon. He will tell you the type of Hidden Power that Pokemon will have. Once you have found a Pokemon that will have a Hidden Power Ice attack, open the inventory menu.

  Select the Hidden Power TM from your bag and teach it to the Pokemon that has the proper stats.
