How to Make and Save a New Pokemon in Soul Silver

"Pokemon SoulSilver" is a Japanese role-playing video game released exclusively for the Nintendo DSi in 2009 and 2010. Like all other games in the "Pokemon" series, you can only save one game at a time. If you want to make a new "Pokemon" game and save it, you must delete the previous save. Additionally, you will need to play through the first 20 minutes of the game before you can save, just like your previous playthrough.

     Load "Pokemon SoulSilver" to the main menu.

     Press the "Select," "B" and "Up" buttons simultaneously. Confirm your save's delete.

     Select "New Game" and play through the first 20 minutes.

     Press "X" and select "Save" to save your game.
