How to Get HM Strength in Silver

In "Pokemon SoulSilver" for the Nintendo DS, you must travel through the Johto region, a land from earlier games in the series, as you find, battle and collect various Pokemon characters. Strength is one ability that you must find in this 2010 title, as it will allow you to move heavy objects to advance to certain areas of the game as well as uncover hidden items. You will pick this one up earlier by encountering a man along Route 42.

     Fly to Ecruteak City and then walk east out of the city to reach Route 42.

     Grab TM65 Shadow Claw near a cave entrance while you're on this route.

     Move further east and you will encounter a hiker. Speak to him and he will give you HM04 Strength.
