How to Undo an Update on the Nintendo DSi

The Nintendo DSi is a portable game console. If you have installed an update you want to remove, the Nintendo DSi can be restored to factory settings. By formatting the DSi, you will remove any update and reset it to factory condition. As a warning, any saved information also will be erased when you reset your DSi.

     Press the "Settings" with the stylus.

     Press the arrow on the right until you reach the fourth page.

     Press "Erase all saved date."

     Confirm you want to erase all data. Your DSi's factory settings now are restored.
