How to Find the EXPN Card in Pokemon SoulSilver

"Pokemon SoulSilver" is an updated version of the "Silver" version of the game. "SoulSilver" was released on the Nintendo DS and features all of the original Pokemon and characters from the original game with updated graphics. As you travel through the world in this game, you will eventually need to wake the sleeping Pokemon Snorlax. You can do this by using the EXPN card that you can find by traveling to the radio tower in Lavender Town in Chapter 15.

Instructions

  Go through the game as normal until you reach Route 15. Once you have reached this section, you must perform a few tasks before you can get the EXPN card. Go through Route 15 to Cerulean City and head toward the Pokemon Gym there. You will need to grab an item in the gym.

  Go inside the gym and to the right side of the main room. Stay right and go toward the top of the screen to access the top of the gym. Once you reach the top of the gym, move to the left side and keep moving until you reach the top left corner. Here you will see a tube. Examine the tube facing down and you will find a Machine Part.

  Exit the gym and leave the city to access Route 9. Follow this route until you see the Power Plant and enter it. Inside of the Power Plant, you will see the manager standing there. Talk to him, and you will give him the Machine Part he needs to fix the plant. He will give you some items that will be useful later.

  Leave the power plant and use your "Fly" ability to travel to Lavender Town. Once you get there, go to the radio tower and go inside. You will find the President standing at the top o the room inside the tower. Talk to him and he will give you the EXPN card.
