View the Nintendo Pokemon website's "News and Events" page for updates on Wi-Fi or in-store events. Players can also view the Serebii Event Database. On the Event Database, open the drop-down menu that reads "Tickets" on the bottom right of the page. Select "Liberty Pass Events" to view past and upcoming events related to the Liberty Pass. Nintendo gives out Liberty Passes through in-store and Wi-Fi events.
Set up a wireless network for your computer if you choose to get the Liberty Pass through a Wi-Fi connection. "Black" and "White" require a wireless connection to participate in any "Pokemon" Wi-Fi events. The connection must be a WEP or have no security connection. Insert "Black" or "White" into the Nintendo DS and turn on the system. Select "Nintendo WFC" from the main menu.
Use the stylus pen to select "Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Settings" and then "Connection 1 None." Hit "Search for an Access Point" in the next screen. If you have a WEP wireless network connection, enter its security key. For both a no-security wireless connection and a WEP wireless network connection, pick "OK," "Save Settings" and then "Yes" to set up the Wi-Fi connection.
Access the "Mystery Gift" feature from the main menu while playing "Black" or "White." Choose "Receive From Wi-Fi." During Liberty Pass Wi-Fi events, players can obtain the Liberty Pass through this method. Otherwise, players must attend an in-store event. Bring your game system and game with you to any in-store "Pokemon" event to get the Liberty Pass. During in-store events, players select the "Receive From Wireless" option to get the Liberty Pass.
Start your game after receiving the Liberty Pass. Travel to the Unova Region. Liberty Garden lies next to Castelia City. Defeat the Team Plasma members on the island's mainland. Enter the tower on the island and work your way through to encounter Victini. Weaken it and use a Pokeball to capture it.
