How to Get a Gardevoir in Soul Silver

Once you have the National Pokedex in "Pokemon Soul Silver," you will get a number of opportunities to catch Pokemon that aren't normally avaliable in Kanto or Johto. If you listen to his talk radio station every day, Professor Oak will eventually inform you of a swarm of Ralts on Route 34. Ralts, the Feeling Pokemon, is a Psychic-type. The last evolution of Ralts is Gardevoir, the Embrace Pokemon. To get Gardevoir, you need to evolve Ralts into Kirlia. At Level 30, Kirlia will evolve into Gardevoir.

Instructions

  Tune in to Professor Oak's Pokémon Talk radio station every day. Each day, he will tell you about a new Swarm Pokemon. Continue checking this radio station until he says that he has spotted Ralts on Route 34.

  Train a Bug/Ghost/Dark-type Pokemon to Level 15. Go to Route 34 in Johto, which is north of Ilex Forest. Find Ralts in the long grass on this route. Ralts will show up 40 percent of the time in the long grass. It will be Level 10 or Level 11.

  Fight the Ralts with Bug/Ghost/Dark-type moves. Attack the Ralts until its Life Points are in the yellow zone. Go to your "Bag" and select a Great Ball or Ultra Ball. Continue throwing Great Balls or Ultra Balls until the Ralts stays inside.

  Call the Pokemon Trainers and Gym Leaders with the PokéGear Phone. Ask them for a rematch. If they accept, go to their location and speak to them. Train your Ralts against these Pokemon Trainers and Gym Leaders until it is Level 20, which is when it will evolve into Kirlia.

  Feed the Kirlia 10 rare candies or continue training it against Pokemon Trainers and Gym Leaders. Once the Kirlia reaches Level 30, it will evolve into a Gardevoir.
