How to Get a Quick Claw in Pearl

A Quick Claw is a battle item in the Nintendo DS video game "Pokemon Pearl." If you give a Pokemon a Quick Claw to hold, it raises that Pokemon's chance of striking first in battle by 20 percent. This only applies when the attacks chosen by both Pokemon are at the same Priority level. If your opponent has chosen a very powerful move which far outstrips that of your Pokemon, then the Quick Claw will have no effect and you will have to go second.

     Go to Jubilife City in the southwestern part of the Sinnoh region.

     Go to the Jubilife Condominiums building in the north of the city and head up to the first floor.

   • 3

     Talk to the lady on the first floor of the condo building and she will give you a Quick Claw.

   • 4

     Open your traveling party of Pokemon and give one of them the Quick Claw to hold.
