How to Play Harry Potter on the DS

"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2" for the Nintendo DS follows the storyline of the final movie and book, as Harry and his friends attempt to destroy the Horcruxes of Voldemort while battling Snatchers and Death Eaters along the way. The play controls for the game are relatively simple, and require you to make use of the stylus to move your characters and cast a variety of spells.

Instructions

  Move characters by touching the area on the touch screen where you want them to go with the stylus.

  Use either the "L" or "R" button to cast a couple of spells. Hold down either of these buttons to cast "Protego." Press and release one of these buttons to cast "Multi-Shot Jinx."

  Cast Stupefy by tapping a target on the touch screen with your stylus. Draw a circle around the characters casting a spell with the stylus to cast the Area Spell. Cast Exploration spells by tapping the trace symbol when it appears.

  Cast "Wingardium Leviosa" or "Glacius" by fist touching the target with your stylus. This will lift or freeze the target. Touch the target a second time to end the spell.

  Pause the game by pressing "Start."
