How to Win Pokeathlon Team Spirit

Pick the event you want your team to compete in to earn a large Challenge Bonus. Determine the two categories that are tested in the event. For example, the Hurdle Dash is under the "Speed" category and the "Jump" category.

Select the Pokemon that will make up your Pokeathlon team. Choose Pokemon that do poorly in the event categories. If you want to participate in the Hurdle Dash, for instance, pick Pokemon that have low "Speed" and "Jump" stats. By picking weaker Pokemon, the game assumes you will have to work harder to win. The Team Spirit Bonus is based on how challenging it was for your Pokemon to participate. Therefore, the weaker the Pokemon, the higher Challenge Bonus you will receive.

Leave the Pokeathlon Dome and speak to the man on the left. He will tell you about Aprijuice. He will give you an add-on, the Apricorn Blender, for your Apricorn Case. Open your Apricorn Case to make Aprijuice. If you want to play the Hurdle Dash mini-game, you would make White Aprijuice for your team, which weakens every stat, including the "Speed" and "Jump" stats.

Give the Pokemon in your team Aprijuice to weaken the two stats, then participate in the event. Once you complete the event, you will receive the Challenge Bonus before the winners are announced. If you choose weak Pokemon, you may receive enough Suron Points to place first instead of second or third. You don't have to win to receive your Challenge Bonus.
