How to Unlock More Packs in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX: Spirit Caller

"Yu-Gi-Oh! GX: Spirit Caller" is a card-based action game for the Nintendo DS that allows you collect hundreds of cards from a variety of packs that can be purchased with the game's currency. When you first begin the game's story, you will have access to only a handful of packs that give you low-level magic and monster cards. However, by the end of the game, you can unlock a plethora of packs with high-level magic, monster and trap cards.

  Beat the other duelists in the game, sometimes multiple times. Many of the packs in the game are unlocked only after you defeat many of the duelists several times. Not only will this unlock additional packs, it will give you currency to spend on new packs at the game's shop.

  Complete the levels in Story Mode. As you progress through the levels, you will unlock additional packs that you can use to strengthen your deck. This is the method for unlocking most of the game's packs.

  Buy lots of copies of the packs already available. Only a handful of packs are unlocked this way, but you can unlock additional packs by obtaining every card in a given pack. For instance, you can unlock "Trap Cards -- B" by obtaining every card in "Trap Cards -- A." You can also unlock some of these packs, such as "Trap Cards -- B," by progressing through the game's story.
