How to Catch Skorupi in SoulSilver

Skorupi is a poison and bug-type Pokemon that first appeared in the fourth generation of Pokemon games. It evolves into the poison and dark-type Pokemon Drapion at level 40. In "Pokemon: SoulSilver," Skorupi appears only in the Safari Zone. The Safari Zone is home to most of the newer Pokemon. The "SoulSilver" Safari Zone is different from the Safari Zone in other games in that you can customize its appearance and layout to attract specific Pokemon.

Instructions

  Obtain the National Pokedex by encountering every Pokemon native to the Johto region.

  Talk to Baoba inside the entrance to the Safari Zone to receive your first challenge. The Safari Zone is west of Cianwood City.

  Enter the park and catch a Geodude in the grass. Return to Baoba to prove you completed his challenge.

  Wait three hours. Baoba will call you and ask you to customize the Safari Zone. Use the "Area Customize" tool to add the Desert Zone to the map. Enter the park, travel to the desert area and catch a Sandshrew in it.

  Use the "Area Customize" tool to add the Wasteland Area to the park.

  Place 28 Peak objects in the Wasteland area. Peak objects include Small Rock, Big Rock and Mossy Rock. Baoba will give you the items.

  Enter the Wasteland area and walk around the grass. Eventually, Skorupi will appear and you will be able to capture it.
