How to Defeat the Kimono Girls in Soul Silver

You need to defeat the five Kimono Girls if you want to earn access to the legendary Pokémon hiding in "Pokémon Soul Silver." These characters pop up periodically throughout the game, but the final showdown occurs in the dance hall in Ecruteak City. You will have to fight all five girls consecutively, without any opportunity to rest your Pokémon. This fight is an ordeal unless you have the right creatures in your battle party.

Instructions

- 1
  Select your strongest Bug-type Pokémon as the party leader. The first Kimono Girl fields a level 38 Umbreon and the second fields a level 38 Espeon, both of which are weak to Bug attacks.

  Use a Ground-type Pokémon as your second party member. The next Kimono Girl uses a level 38 Flareon and the fourth fields a 38 Jolteon. Fire and Electric-types are both weak to Ground attacks.

  Set a Grass or Electric-type Pokémon as the third party member. You will only have to deal with one more Kimono Girl and her level 38 Vaperon, a Water-type easily defeated by Grass or Electric attacks.

  Enter battles with this battle party setup until all three of your chosen Pokémon are at least level 40, at which point you should have no trouble defeating the Kimono Girls.
