How to Catch Mew on Pearl With a Replay

Mew is a legendary Pokemon for the Nintendo DS game "Pokemon Pearl." Originally, players could only obtain Mew by going to one of the many Nintendo or Pokemon events, but because they are no longer held, players must find other ways to get Mew. If you have an Action Replay device, you can enter a special code that will allow you to get Mew during normal game play.

  Plug in your Action Replay device into the slot where the game cartridge usually goes. Place your "Pokemon: Pearl" cartridge into the game slot in your Action Replay.

  Turn on your Nintendo DS and when prompted enter the following code:

  Press the "Enter" key to activate the code and start the game.

  Head to Oreburgh and talk to the fossil man. He is located in the upper right section of the city. If you entered the code correctly he will present you with Mew.
