How to Catch Aron in Pokemon Diamond

In "Pokemon Diamond" Aron is a special type of Pokemon that can only be found using an item called the PokeRadar. This special item attracts nearby Pokemon, but it will not attract rare Pokemon like Aron until the completion of the game's storyline. Aron is a steel-type Pokemon that can also learn rock-type attacks and its sturdy head makes it impervious to one-hit knock outs. These special traits make Aron a useful addition to your team and worth the extra effort it takes to catch one.

Instructions

  Play through the game's storyline until completion by defeating the Elite Four at the end of the game using your strongest Pokemon.

  Complete the Sinnoh Pokedex by encountering each of the Pokemon native to the Sinnoh region at least once. Open your Pokedex at any time to view which Pokemon you need to encounter to complete this task. You do not need to defeat or capture these Pokemon, just encounter them in battle.

  Travel to Fuego Ironworks using your preferred method of travel. Walk through the grass around the perimeter of the building.

  Open your key items menu to access the PokeRadar. Use the PokeRadar while standing in the grass. You cannot be on your bike to use the PokeRadar. When you use the item, the grass will begin to rustle. Walk to the moving area to trigger a Wild Pokemon encounter.

  Battle Aron using your strongest Pokemon and best attacks to deplete its health points. When Aron's health is low, use a Pokeball to capture it.
