Sega's "Dinosaur King" is a video game that is available for the Nintendo DS. Players are members of a dinosaur-hunting team known as the D-Kids. Choose to be the character Rex or Max and travel around the world excavating fossils of dinosaurs from thousands to millions of years ago. Fossils are dug up, cleaned off and re-assembled. Collected dinosaurs are then used in battle to find out who is the king of the dinosaurs. One of the dinosaurs that found is the "Dinosaur King" Maiasaura, a herbivore that lived during the late Cretaceous period over 80 million years ago.

Find Sheriff Watt and Dory in the South Dust Hills of North America.

Talk to Dory and follow him to the Alpha Gang Base.

Battle the Alpha Gang Droid that appears and destroy it.

Use the orange drill to begin excavating the area.

Dig until you find the Maiasaura, Camarasaurus, Brachyceratops and Lambeosaurus. All of these dinosaur fossils will be found in the Alpha Gang Base area.
