How to Get TM Earthquake in Pokemon SoulSilver

In the Pokemon video game series, few moves are as powerful and reliable as Earthquake. With a base power of 100, 100-percent base accuracy and 10 Power Points, the only thing limiting its use is that most Pokemon require a Technical Machine (TM) to learn this move. Earthquake has been in every Pokemon game thus far, including "SoulSilver," as TM 26. Finding the hidden TM is not particularly difficult if you know where to look.

Instructions

  Defeat the eight Johto Pokemon Gyms. Go to New Bark Town and use Surf to go west, which will lead you into Kanto. Go through Tohjo Falls and follow the path until you reach Victory Road.

  Travel through Victory Road and defeat your rival at the exit. Head south from the exit (the side leading to Indigo Plateau), head left past the Rock Smash boulders and head up at the first opportunity. Jump down the hole and obtain TM 26, Earthquake, at the bottom of the stairs just left of where you land.

  Go to the red stall at the Battle Frontier and you can obtain additional Earthquake TM's for 80 Battle Points each.
