How to Punch in Quantum of Solace for the DS

Though "Quantum of Solace" for Nintendo DS may appeal to those who enjoy gun-play, what's known as "melee" attacks are occasionally appropriate or necessary when you run out of ammunition. Most of the actions in the game take place using the DS's touch screen. Using the stylus, melee attacks are simple: you select no weapon to attack from the front and have the option to subdue the enemy when coming from behind.

     Approach an enemy without a weapon in hand. Use the stylus to touch the enemy.

     Drag the stylus across the enemy to melee-attack him.

     Approach an enemy from behind. Choose from the boxes on the screen with the stylus to subdue him.
