How to Get Through the Team Galactic Building in Veilstone City for Pokemon Diamond

Head east from Veilstone City's Pokemon Center and continue north to the large building that belongs to Team Galactic. Enter the building and walk east to a locked door; press the "A" button to use the Galactic Key to unlock the door. Walk up the stairs ahead to reach a Galactic grunt; battle the grunt and continue west to reach another. Continue east and then north into a room to battle a Galactic scientist. Go south to find an orange-colored teleporter; step into the teleporter to transport yourself to another room.

Ascend the stairs across from the exit teleporter to encounter two more Galactic grunts in a double battle. Continue east then south to reach a set of three teleporters. Take the furthest teleporter to another room with a staircase; walk up the stairs to find a room with a locked door.

Use the Galactic Key on the locked door and approach Team Galactic Leader Cyrus. Watch the scene that details Cyrus' frustration regarding the Sinnoh region's Legendary Pokemon and your determination to stop Team Galactic. Cyrus will approach you, after he finishes talking, for battle. Use Ice, Psychic, Rock, Electric, Fire and Fighting Pokemon to best his Pokemon in battle due to their type advantages. Continue east then north from Cyrus' office to find another teleporter.

Ride the teleporter to a dark laboratory then walk east past Team Galactic's "specimen" collection. Go north into a wide entrance to approach the Legendary Pokemon "Uxie" trapped in an experiment. Its counterparts, "Azelf" and "Mespirit," lie in similar experiments in the opposite corners of the room.

Approach Galactic Commander Saturn to watch a scene where he expresses his disbelief concerning your determination to save the Pokemon. Battle him with the Pokemon types you used to defeat Cyrus. Exit the Galactic Building, after watching the last scene, with an Escape Rope found inside the "Items" pocket of your Bag.
