Instructions
Download the NDS Emulator program, which can be found in Resources. The program is available for free and will downloaded in a compressed file.
Extract the contents of the downloaded file using the file-extraction program of your choice, such as WinZIP, WinRAR or ExtractNow. To do this, right-click the file and click "Extract..." and choose any destination to decompress the files.
Double-click the .exe file called "DeSmuME.exe" to open the program. The program will automatically boot in its English patch.
Download a version of the ROM you want to play that has an English patch included. This is typically included in the description of the game. You can download these files from MultiUpload, Rapid Share or Mega Upload. An example of a game that has English patches for translation purposes is "Pokemon Black" or "Pokemon White."
Load the ROM onto your NDS Emulator software. To do this, click "Open ROM" from the "File" menu on the top toolbar. A standard Windows Explorer window will appear, which will allow you to select and load the program.
