How to Get Your Last Kanto Badges in Pokemon HeartGold

The Nintendo DS game "Pokemon HeartGold" takes place in Johto region of the Pokemon world. Upon collecting the eight badges of Johto and defeating Johto's Elite Four, you will be able to travel to Kanto. Kanto is the region of the Pokemon world where "Pokemon Leaf Green/Fire Red" took place. Once in Kanto, you can travel to Kanto's gyms and collect the badges for that region. When making your way through Kanto, the last badges are on Seafoam Island and in Viridian City.

Instructions

  Travel from Pewter City to Seafoam Island.

  Enter the gym. It is a fire elemental gym.

  Fight the other trainers to open up a path to the gym leader, Blaine.

  Defeat Blaine to earn the seventh badge, the Volcano Badge. Blaine has three fire Pokemon that range from Level 54 to Level 59.

  Travel from Seafoam Island to Cinnabar Island and talk to Blue. He will walk away after you talk to him.

  Go to Viridian City and head to the gym.

  Navigate the moving floor and defeat trainers as you run into them.

  Fight the gym leader, Blue, at the end of the gym. His team of six Pokemon range from Level 52 to Level 60 and vary in their elemental properties.

  Defeat Blue to claim the final badge in the Kanto region.
