How to Make a Hideout in Pokemon

Secret bases, or hideouts, are a feature introduced into the Pokemon games in Generation Three. Using the newly introduced move "Secret Power," any Pokemon can create a secret base for the player. A player can have up to one secret base at any time. In Generation Three, secret bases can be made in any of three different areas: indents in cliff faces, tall trees, and large movable clumps of grass. In Generation Four, a player can make a secret base in any wall in the Sinnoh Underground.
