When You Fight as Blaze in Sonic Rush, How Do You Make a Tornado?

"Sonic Rush" is an action side-scrolling game, starring Sonic the Hedgehog, for the Nintendo DS. Players can use one of two characters, the super-speedster Sonic the Hedgehog or the fire-wielding Blaze the Cat. Although Blaze has the speed to match Sonic's, she comes with her own fighting style that resembles dancing. Tornado Axel is a special move, is exclusive to Blaze, in which she pirouettes in the air rapidly to create a tornado.

     Select Blaze as your character at the start of the game.

     Run up a ramp or bounce off of a trampoline or spring to become airborne.

   • 3

     Press the "R" button while holding the "Up" button in midair to perform Tornado Axel. Blaze will shoot vertically into the air and spin for a few seconds.

     Land on an enemy's head while performing Tornado Axel to use the maneuver as an attack. Blaze can also break open crates and containers this way.
