How Can I Get a Rayquaza in the Pokemon Diamond Version?

Rayquaza is the mascot Legendary Pokemon for "Pokemon Emerald." This Pokemon is the only creature to have the "Air Lock" ability. In "Pokemon Diamond," if you want to get Rayquaza, you must first obtain it in "Pokemon Emerald." You will then transfer Rayquaza, which is a Dragon- and Flying-type, to "Pokemon Diamond" with the help of Pal Park. Before you can transfer Rayquaza to "Pokemon Diamond," you will need to beat the Elite Four in both games.

  Beat the Elite Four in "Pokemon Emerald" to unlock the Sky Tower. Switch in the Acro Bike for the Mach Bike at Rydel's Cycles in Mauville City. Travel to Pacifidlog Town and use "Surf" to head east of the town. Navigate the waters until you reach a piece of land with an empty cave. Run past the cave to discover the entrance to Sky Tower.

  Ascend the stairs and use the Mach Bike to maneuver through the five-story tower. At the top of the Sky Tower, you will find a Rayquaza. Save your game in front of the Pokemon. Press "A" to battle the Pokemon. Use Ice-type moves to weaken the Pokemon. Cast Ultra Balls at the Rayquaza until you successfully catch it.

  Put the Rayquaza in the first box of your PC, along with five other random Pokemon. Save your game and insert "Pokemon Emerald" into your Nintendo DS. Begin "Pokemon Diamond." See all 210 Sinnoh Pokemon to get the National Pokedex from Professor Elm in "Pokemon Diamond." Save your game and restart "Pokemon Diamond."

  Select "Pal Park" on the main menu of "Pokemon Diamond." Select Rayquaza and five other creatures from your PC as the Pokemon you wish to migrate. Load your game in "Pokemon Diamond" and go to Route 221. Talk to the Pal Park Warden and he will give you six Park Balls.

  Look for Rayquaza in the Field section of Pal Park in "Pokemon Diamond." Catch the Legendary Pokemon with a Park Ball. This type of Pokeball has a 100 percent capture rate like a Master Ball. Catch the other five Pokemon in the five sections of Pal Park. Upon capture of the sixth Pokemon, all six Pokemon will go to your PC.
