How Do I Get the Regis in Pokemon Diamond Without Migrating?

While the three Regi Pokemon cannot be captured in "Pokemon Diamond," they can be transferred over to "Pokemon Diamond" without using the migrate feature at some point. The only places where players can capture wild Regirock, Regice and Registeel are in "Pokemon Ruby," "Pokemon Sapphire" and "Pokemon Emerald." Since they are Game Boy Advance titles, they must be sent to the Nintendo DS to be used, but not all DS systems can play Game Boy Advance titles, such as the Nintendo DSi or XL models. There are ways to go around this limitation to relocate the Regi trio to "Pokemon Diamond" for GBA incompatible Nintendo DS systems.
