Make your way to the right of the first floor and talk to Cynthia. She will disappear, at which point you need to stand in the middle of the right-most platform. Once you do, the platform will go down to the second floor.
Make your way to the left. Mesprit, a legendary Psychic-type Pokemon, will appear for a second, then disappear. Head over to the floating platform on the right to jump up to the horizontal platform. Once there, go as far right as you can and stand in the center of the final platform to head to the third floor.
Travel to the southern part of the third floor. You will encounter a floating platform that moves in two directions -- left and down. Make your way down and pass Cynthia. Once you have passed Cynthia, you will encounter several moving floating platforms. Using the platforms, go right twice, down once, left once, up once and right once more. The final platform will take you to the fourth floor.
Jump down a few steps and Cyrus will appear on a platform and taunt you, then run away. Using the floating platforms on this floor, go down once, right once and then up once. An invisible platform will hold you up, then take you to the right. Make your way all the way to the right in order to encounter the platform will take you to the fifth floor.
Go as far left as you can. Uxie, another legendary Psychic-type Pokemon, will appear and then disappear. Select a Pokemon that knows the move "Strength" and use it to move the boulder where Uxie was. Push it all the way to the lowest level and to the bottom portion of the pit. Push it into the hole on the final platform. This will clear the way for you to travel to the platform that will take you to the sixth floor.
Jump up onto the second platform on the sixth floor and push another boulder into one of the three holes.
Mesprit will appear once more next to a boulder. Use "Strength" to push that boulder down to the fifth floor and go back to the fifth floor. Make your way back up to the fourth floor. Keep walking to the north until Giratina fly across the screen. When that happens, go as far right as you can until you reach a platform that takes you to the third floor.
Make your way to the left and drop down onto an invisible platform. The platform will take you to the right, then up, and then finally back to the fourth floor.
Use a Pokemon that knows the move "Surf" to make your way to the right of the fourth floor. Giratina will appear again. Go down the waterfall. The current will take you to the fifth floor. At this point, Azelf, the final legendary Psychic-type Pokemon, will appear and show you another boulder. Push the boulder into the hole next to it using "Strength." Use the platform at the center of the fifth floor to go back down to the sixth floor.
Push all three boulders into their respective slots on the sixth floor. Azelf and Mesprit will appear and disappear once more. Make your way to the southern part of the sixth floot and talk to Cynthia. She will show you an elevator that will take you the seventh and final floor. Save the game before accessing the seventh floor as Cyrus and Giratina are tough opponents. Once you have defeated Cyrus and Giratina, you will be taken back to the normal world.
