How to Get Bass Cross in Megaman Battle Network 5

In "Mega Man Battle Network 5: Double Team," you use characters from the "Mega Man" game series in strategic turn-based battles much like the "Advance Wars" games. The Bass Cross character is only unlocked by a secret method that requires you to win a specific battle in one of the earlier Game Boy Advance titles and then place that game in your DS while you play the 2005 DS title.

Instructions

    • 1

      Defeat Bass SP in Nebula Area 6 in either "Mega Man Battle Network 5: Team Colonel" or "Mega Man Battle Network 5: Team Protoman" for the Game Boy Advance. This will unlock the Bass icon.

      Insert the game in the Game Boy Advance game slot in your Nintendo DS.

      Turn on the "Mega Man Battle Network 5: Double Team" game for your DS and load your save data.

    • 4

      Choose "Yes" when the game asks if you want to use Bass Cross.
