How to Get Through the Forest of Death in Path of the Ninja

Head north and follow the path until you turn east. Head all the way down this path until you reach the end, where you will find a tree branch leading north.

Head up the north path until you reach another branch leading north. Take it and you will find three paths leading from it -- take the northeast path.

Follow this path to the east, then proceed south until you reach a fork in the road. Take the western path, where you'll find a branch leading east -- go along the branch all the way to the east, then south.

Walk along the path to the south until you find a Konoha symbol in the ground -- use it to save, then head south to battle Orochimaru. When the battle is over, save your game and interact with Naruto and Sasuke to move them to a safe place -- this also initiates a scene and a battle with some Sound ninja.

Watch the scene after the first battle with the Sound ninja and you will battle them again. Watch another scene at the end of this fight and you will have to fight the Sound ninja a third time.

Watch another scene wherein Sasuke finally comes to and you have to battle the Sound Ninja a fourth time. Head north after this final battle and scene to find the Konoha symbol on the ground and save your game.

Go back to the large area where the fights took place and exit through the southeast. Follow the path east until you can go north.

Walk up the northern path until you find a fork where you can continue north or go east -- take the eastern path, then head up the northern path to reach an open area near a river.

Watch the scene and Kabuto will join your group. Head back south and walk to the end of the path, then head east. Break the rocks using the technique that Kabuto just taught you.

Take the path along the tree branch, then head all the way south until you reach a new area. Watch the scene that unfolds here and fight the ninja that ambush you.

Walk all the way north after the battle and scene to exit the Forest of Death.
