How to Get Lickitung to Evolve on Pokemon Diamond?

In "Pokemon Diamond," Lickitung is a Normal-type Pokemon that has high hit points, allowing it to endure many hits and withstand long battles. Lickitung has a long tongue that allows it to wrap its enemies and inflict damage with its "Wrap" attack. It can also learn moves such as Wring Out, Power Whip and Rollout. Lickitung evolves into Lickilicky after it learns the move Rollout and gains a level.

Instructions

  Defeat the Elite Four in the Indigo Plateau and obtain the National Pokedex from Professor Oak as a reward for becoming the Pokemon League Champion.

  Travel to Sandgem Town and enter your rival's house. Speak to your rival's sister at the dining table and she will tell you that a bunch of Lickitung are swarming at Lake Valor.

  Travel to Lake Valor, located between Veilstone City and Pastoria City. Walk around in any patch of tall grass to encounter a wild Lickitung. If the wild Pokemon you encounter is not Lickitung, either defeat it to gain experience or run away from battle.

  Battle Lickitung and lower its health into the critical red zone. Throw a Poke Ball to capture it.

  Press "Start" to open the in-game menu and select "Pokemon." Place Lickitung at the front of your party.

  Battle other trainers and wild Pokemon to raise Lickitung's level. At Level 33, it will learn the move "Rollout".
- 7
  Train your Lickitung by battling trainers and wild Pokemon until it gains one more level. It will then evolve into Lickilicky.
